I'm a software engineer with more ideas than focus, working deliberately on the latter.

I didn't start there. Out of college (a business degree from Texas A&M), I took a run at an agricultural drone startup that never got off the ground, then spent a few years in business development, marketing, and e-commerce management.

I made the jump into software in 2016 and have since worked on SaaS, gaming, 3D real-time communication, healthcare, and other products. Since 2024 I've been freelancing and chipping away at an Associate's in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at ACC on the side.

When I'm not writing code I'm usually traveling (a few photos here), or working through whatever books, shows, games, or restaurants land on my running recommendations list.

Most of what ends up on this site (the running list of ideas and the projects in progress) is me trying to turn some of the above into things that actually exist.
